It’s really incredible - you look on social media like twitter / threads / etc and everyone is crying the world is ending and they’re all living in hell etc yet in the real world people are just living their lives.
I’m in the office only 2 days a week right now and I only hear people talking about what they’re doing / what they did over the weekend, what’s going on in sports, what shows / movies they’re watching, what their kids are doing, and future vacation and travel plans. That’s because they’re normal people and have jobs / lives. Nobody even mentions Trump!
It shows how damaging social media can be for your mental health - especially for these forever unemployed types like Kelly and Pat that spend their lives doom scrolling and then cry they can’t sleep due to all the anxiety related to doom scrolling all day. They look for things to make their lives miserable everyday.
