  • Bungie Studios (video game company) hires new community manager (guy who promotes products on podcasts, events, etc).
  • Community manager posted fanart made by black fan of the games
  • Defendant began harassing said manager
  • Bungie Studios paid a bunch of money to identify the Defendant, provide protection to the community manager, and obtain restraining orders
  • They filed a lawsuit to recoup their costs
  • The defendant ignored the lawsuit, and so a default judgement was entered.
They're celebrating it as a big victory, but in reality all they did was file the case, and the other side didn't show up and they won by default.

People seem to not notice that Pat goes out of his way to antagonize, threaten, bully and harass people online constantly. When it happens back to him, he's constantly crying and whining and making being a victim his personality. But he also refuses to stop engaging with them.

The people who advise Piggy Pat don't seem to understand that these are the same reasons why any competent lawyer wouldn't take his case.

He could find a lawyer who'll do it, but they'll make him pay a huge retainer because they know it's a loser of a case and they won't get any damages or attorney's fees out of it. They'd also instantly regret it because fatso is the type that would constantly call them, nag them, boss them around, belittle them, and even show up to their office to take selfies like a faggot.
