- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

- The Opester remains ABOVE ALL ELSE...REAL. Admits it's weird going from such heights and now doing a stream for superchats. Refreshing honesty and ability to not be completely delusional.

Man a few years ago I was all about the reunion of these two but in 2023 I just don't think it'd go well at all, way too much shit has gone down for them to get on a podcast and act like nothing is wrong.

I completely agree with Opie. Ant has really spiraled in the past years. He was always a racist but at least he was funny, low key and reasonable with it. Not even twice a week, if the problems were so major they each could've taken a slot on Compound and got together once a fortnight or even once a month.
Could've done Opie in the morning slot with Vic Henley or whatever and hungover Nana waddling in for the afternoon slot with whoever he had at the time. Get a couple of fun exciting up and comers in the surrounding slots and you could have a fun network worth paying for especially if Artie Lange eventually jumped on board like he actually did in the real world.
I feel like Opie & Anthony reuniting for a live event tour would've done a lot better than those live Compound comedy shows Anthony tried to do as well...

I have no problem with Opie but him stating "I can't even get back with Ant to kick Howard's ass" is just delusional beyond all belief.
