No, last time he was banned and back about three times over the course of a day.

People had flagged him for doxing Big Andrew and so he was suspended, then he'd hit up one of his file trading partners at Twitter and they'd re-enable him; and then the pajeets at Twitter would get to the next complaint in the queue and suspend him and it would all start again.

He was livid; it was awesome.
