Shit was just such a fucked up situation. Arguably if the Rodney King incident never happened racial tensions wouldn’t have been so stroked and thus allowed the persuasiveness of the defenses “racism” accusations. There were so many people who knew instinctively that OJ did it but still cheered because a black guy escaped the justice system. And of course more than that the prosecutors fucked up and the defense was beyond amazing at twisting and turning shit. I mean they literally had DNA evidence proving OJ was there and still the jury was swayed by the non fitting glove (which we now know didn’t fit due to OJ’s hands swelling from medication and the glove “shrinking” from the blood)
However giving OJ that win also made sure niggers never won again until George Floyd.
