I think shane is extremely lonely and a tad bit mentally ill. He has nothing of value going on and he is acting out, probably because of boredom and wants attention. If it was up to me I would starve him ( calm down shane, starve you of attention, not food.) and never give him want he truly wants - just someone to impress and talk to.
