lmao no he isn't. It's not illegal to host publicly available information on websites or make fun of retards in US law, and jurisdictions where they are don't have a warrant out for his arrest or anything, they just block the site. They can't do shit to him personally if the site's not hosted in their country, nor should they even want to.
The entire point of his melodramatic rants is that what he's doing isn't illegal but his site still gets dropped by providers and he gets fucked with in all kinds of other ways. It's pretty shitty but it's not like he's being tracked by the CIA or anything, it's tech trannies and vexatious litigants that have it out for him.
