Not a lawyer but I've been around a lot of them.

What are Patty's lawyers telling him? I mean he's a pay pig to them but they have to sell him on something, right?

The way I see it, his case against us is nonexistent. No judge is going to target a large group of people on behalf of an unlovable cis white male faggot with bitchtits. But legally the only case I see him pursuing is identity theft. And that's only if there were clear financial repercussions and only then, if the perpetrator received money from the fraudulent activity. Also the hurdle of reasonableness, like the fraudulent behavior be at all plausible. If somebody issues a credit card to his toilet I wouldn't be shocked but it would be VISA that has explaining to do.

Any postings on a website that allows accounts to be anonymous are irrelevant. Any posts that allow for anonymity would be non admissible as evidence since they are so clearly fakable. The only lawyers that would pursue this nonsense are predatory midwestern "Aw, geez!"
types.

Lawyers cost money. Pat doesn’t have that.
If the amortization is coming up it would make sense to have one still. It doesn't cost much to retain a low level guy. If you can afford the cost of the legal filings then it makes sense to keep you on a string. It's shocking how little work goes on in a law office. They basically have (in a large firm) 60-80 deadlines stretched out over 3 years and in between them almost nothing goes on. There is some exchange of documents and depositions but most of the time they're just goofing off. They bill based on what they can expect to get away with considering most people have no idea how they work. They're like high school kids who wait till the day before a test and then cram. My first day at a large firm, there was a monumental case that we were filing. Huge money, precedent setting case. This sexy cougar bitch was very casually assembling the document next to my cubicle. Walking back and forth between 5 stacks of paper that I had to assemble into a giant block. This was 45 minutes before our deadline. It was her case btw. A name making case. I had to jog uphill 3 blocks in midsummer to get it filed at the court of appeals by 5pm. Logged at 4:58. Lawyers are bums.

He skipped his own court-appointed debtor exam. The only person retaining a lawyer is Lynne on behalf of Niki.

Is that how it really went though? It sounded like he made a last second deal with the court to come up with an amortization plan to avoid going through with a debtor's exam.
That admin fella seemed to indicate that's how it went down. I guess there's an upcoming court proceeding for the judge to accept or reject the plan filed by the Pigman and his dyke wife.

OK, so I'm assuming that the various lawyers they're involved with wanted to separate Pat from the entire process and only deal with his wife's side. Because everyone who comes into contact with Pat needs it to end rather quickly.
I wish we could have heard / knew what Lynne and Niki had to tell Pat how they are handling the mess he caused. You know Lynne told Niki Pat can’t meet with anyone involved with this because he will only make it worse.

If Niki doesn’t divorce him after this then she really is an idiot. Her family has to hate him by this point, not only is he a lazy bum but has zero opportunities on the horizon. He’s 43 and only qualified for entry level / customer service / fast food jobs. Plus he’s old and fat so any fast paced / physical labor job is out of the question.

Niki really married the worst possible person.

See . . career wise, I'm not much better. I'm suited for a closed kitchen environment and little else. But I'm charming to my girl and her family and most people around me. No ambition other than to enjoy my life. But he's just an asshole to everybody. A fumbling bumbling antagonistic cocksucker and has grandiose visions of himself to boot. I can't imagine how fucked up Niki must be to tolerate him without kids to think about.

Pat IS Niki’s kid - or child if you will. I used Pats awful career as an example that he doesn’t even at least make good money / provide for them. I’m sure families will tolerate someone that might not make the most money but a good person and fun to have around. But Pat has NOTHING to offer - he’s forever an asshole and has an ego that makes him believe he’s the smartest and greatest person ever. The way he talks about his “wife” is beyond disrespectful because he doesn’t care about her, it’s all about him.
