- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.

Basically, Fred from Brooklyn and Casey Elan were feuding on the R&F boards and on the podcast Fred did (that I am pretty sure no one listened to).
Fred alleges that on the day after East Side Dave's moving debacle () he called in and told the story of the MacDonald family using one of work vans to move to Brooklyn. Fred had offered the van for weeks and Dave said they were all set until the morning of the move (a shitty weather Sunday) and asked Fred if they could borrow the van. Fred had to wake his fatass up and clean the van out of construction material to get it ready for Dave and Casey. Fred was pissed. Others who helped Dave move (mostly Pitsi) complained about the MacDonald's family complete lack of planning (one funny story is that Dave didn't pack anything in boxes in preparation for the move, hoping that people would help him pack when they arrived leading to them just shoving shit into black trash bags). Both Ron and Fez were disgusted with Dave and it felt like a shoot.
Casey did not appreciate this information coming out on the air about their lack of preparation and disrespect to those helping them move. As a result, Casey started posting negative comments on R&F message boards about Fred. Fred accuses her of being a power-hungry, malicious moderator who cultivated a group of online terrorists (wow, I never realized Pat & Fred had so much in common). This group is labeled as "dangerous." Fez says that this all sounds familiar to the treatment he has received from message boards, linking his struggles with the fanbase to Casey, including threatening phone calls to him and his parents.
Back to Fred. Fred and Ron had, in their parlance, a "sit down" (so fucking gay to bring mafia terms into this but hey that's fake tough guy Ron Bennington for you). Ron told Fred to back off from attacking both Casey and HTG (ew) on the boards. This "talking to" devastated Fred ("you can act like a man..."). After this conversation, Fred alleges that the harassment kicked off into high gear.
Fred started to get prank phone calls that tied up his business' phone lines. He would get endless phone calls from solicitors who told him that his name was put on a list. Fred had to change his business and personal phone numbers. His business' online presence was negatively review bombed and his reputation with the Verizon Yellow Pages was sabotaged. He went from spending tens of thousands in advertisements a month to nothing. His employee count went from 40 to just him with his son helping out. He even accuses Casey of starting a website that targets him specifically (again, Fred and Pat were separated from birth).
Fred is a fat, loser asshole but he dropped a lot of truth bombs on Dave. He correctly predicts Dave's divorce, losing his kids and the fact that his wife just married him to get closer to the show. Dave loses his shit at Fez, Fred and Gvac (who was also attacked by the "Casey posse") for accusing his wife of abuse. Honestly, it sounds like Dave is so enraged because in the back of his mind he knows that his wife is mega kike-cunt and she is fucking a wedding band drummer.
