The whole being “angry” at the bigger crowds at gyms in January makes no sense since he has NOTHING BUT FREE TIME to go to the gym at the “off” times, especially during week days when normal people are at work. He could go late morning (10-11 am) and not have a problem but he wants all the weak uncle Paul types and purple hair cat ladies to think he’s some super strong gym warrior. People that are dedicated to working out find the time - Pat just likes to find an excuse to lay around all day. “Can’t work out this month, the gym will be busy with rookies every hour it’s open! (Cracks beer, eats slop)”
We also know he only goes sit on the ground in the abs/aerobics class room to take selfies while he's there. It's not like the room is just full of 70 new fat people doing crunches.

I'd bet pat hits a couple sets of pec dec like every old queer who doesn't know what they're doing and sits on an exercise bike at the beginning or end. That's it, workout sorted.

Yikes! I'm feeling kind of targeted by this thread.

I went back to the gym for the 3rd or 4th time in a while. I was keeping regular about 4 or 5 months ago.

Anyway I was proud of myself benching 125 lbs this week which isn't impressive at all, but its a real number so you can call me a weak faggot rather than calling me a liar.

I was unable to OHP 125 lbs, but I was a lot stronger even maybe 10 months ago. I don't have numbers written down, and it wouldn't impress anyone if I did.

Part of me breaking my streak was fellow gym goers politely informing me my form was off and that i might cripple myself and being too scared to do anything.

Mainly front squats and deadlifts i was apparently doing wrong.

One guy actually complimented me saying "you're very strong, but I'm worried about your form." I wonder if it was a genuine compliment or a polite shit sandwich.
