The articles themselves don't really underline Nikki as a lesbian: Seems like she's just talking about fag events and goings on back in the 00's, and that's it. She obviously still supports it enthusiastically, because both she and Patrick are on the Left, but I don't see anything here indicating that she was a lesbo or bi at one point. Unless I'm missing something?

However, of the 20 search results in the University DB, half of the matches were only because she was listed in the issue as the Classifieds Manager (she didn't have an article).

Most of the remaining half are perfunctory university announcements (e.g. some staff member's upcoming retirement, or a student/student group did something). The remaining handful are puff pieces promoting:

• LGBT-whatever causes more than any other issue
• Black issues
  • She went to a BLM march, but had to make it about LGBT because that's her (clam) jam.
    • 
• A couple about the very broad topic of the environment, but with a heavy focus on vegetarianism. Guess what? She's a vegetarian!

I think that it's a very reasonable assumption considering her articles, the recent "speak for yourself" interview moment, LGBT flag on her X profile, taking long trips with another woman and without her husband, and even gross Pat Koolaiding in like this:

Of course she does the standard NPC virtue signaling, but her choices and always arcing it toward something that she herself is engenders subtext, in my opinion.

I don't give a shit that she's bi. I'm not gay, but I'm the resident lefty atheist whatever-the-fuck. I do think it's a very humorous thought that her bisexuality might be what makes Pat's bizarre blend of hyper-machismo and hyper-cuntiness tolerable--not to mention his somewhat...uhh...matronly physique.

You very well could be right. I have a theory about how Niki makes money through Pat in my next thread (it's not by being his caretaker, though that wouldn't exactly surprise me)
