Yuo. He had to turn himself in by the end of the day or a warrant for his arrest would be issued. He probably had his license suspended from a previous charge because usually they wont throw you in jail for your first driving on suspended. Ive known people that had 3/4/5 of them before they really start to get into shit for it. (Every state is different though).

When the judge said he was just driving he should have hit him with "That did not occur"
This should be used for one of those “make good choices in life” examples - you can go the right way and become a respected judge or the wrong way like this dumb n person.
