What…? I’m not sure how it works in Canada but here we have insurance. Which makes it so the people who can’t afford this shit can cover emergency expenses. Again, “I got a plumber to fix my leak” is not a brag. That is like the bare minimum.

I really can’t stress enough how bad this interior design is. It’s not like the house is falling apart or anything but it just looks so…old. When I do house inspections and see one like this…drab warm colors, wooden basic cabinets, fusebox in the kitchen, the lighting fixtures…the owners are always like 80.

Give me 5 minutes and I'll ask you for a critic of my detached home's kitchen aesthetics. You would have to break a leg and sue someone for insurance to afford the marble flooring alone.

It got pretty bad, they had to strip the whole ceiling and get rid of the old lights...you are a coprophile (and poor...remember the charcoal flex?). Electricians were involved too. The leak was from the 7th floor. Shit like that happens, but you can pay for these if you're not poor

Again, what…? In America if the dude’s floor above you starts leaking why would you have to pay for damage in your apartment when you’re not responsible for it. Insurance may even reimburse you for damaged items if they conclude its not your fault. So why would you need to pay at all?

I went to court and lost...the damage to my kitchen was indeed my fault (did not aware condo in time) Why? because I was in my other property. You are a faggot trying to "one up", don't ask questions like you are sincere, when you're not.
