- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.

They unceremoniously fucked his crippled ass and kicked him out against his will. He hates Nikki Sixx and did a big press tour saying that most of his bass parts were recorded by session musicians and he doesn't play live. He's basically a Sid Vicious. He can play, but he sucks and he's more about striking the poses and writing his middle school level lyrics. He was replaced with John 5 who is technically a much better guitarist than Mick Mars but he's a session guy too so he has no discernable voice or anything. You'd never hear a John 5 riff and be like "That's John 5." It's all pretty generic. He was the guitarist for Marylin Manson and Rob Zombie for a long time.
