Its so weird to me. I have one credit card I barely use so i’m a fucking idiot with this…how do you even get away with this for so long? Like you’re telling me I could just hit up every bank in my town, get a credit card from each (already having outstanding CC debt), max them out, then just fuck off?
And further more how does this break down? Once again i’m being OBTUSE…It was obviously building debt little by little right? So I assume they were living off the CC rather than just buying luxury shit in bulk or taking out cash loans from the CC…but again. How do you even do this shit.
Oh wait I remember what my original point was. I feel anxious when I miss a months payment or don’t pay my full outstanding balance. How the FUCK do you walk around for years with 5-6 figures of debt, maliciously and intentionally incurred, and think “yes everything is fine”.

As we've seen with Quasi ("John Doe") v. Fatso, the wheels of justice turn slowly. It takes a long time for debts to turn into judgments which can be pursued to the point of wage garnishment and criminal action.
I am not anal, but it looks like the fatass shitskin moved from state to state acquiring new credit cards in each state and maxed them out in a short enough time span to where each credit card companies and the credit scoring companies weren't on to her scam for a while until it was too late for them to deny her new cards.

I definitely agree. But to be fair I think its a little different because with Quasi he’s an individual party. This is multiple banks and the IRS for what seems like credit card fraud.
