Stentβ¦Your dogs died. Go!
![]()
I hate to think how you'd explain that two dogs perished because you were so negligent with storing the flammable anal lube.
Are the mods fighting behind the scenes?! Speculate, speculate...Stentβ¦

That's because you're a good responsible dog owner. Not one of these "LMAO my dogs are on fire" hoodlums.I cover my dogs in Dry Stop flame retardant because I love my dogs. Just saying.![]()
ohI just finished reading all of the responses. Thank you for all of your kind and unkind words. They made me laugh, and remember not to take shit so seriously. If you can laugh at the darker, sadder aspects of life, then you can rise above them. That's one of the reasons I like this place. Nothing is sacred. As far as equity in the home and whatnot? I live in southern California, and I will forever be relegated to renting homes because I likely will never be a big-time sci-fi author and millionaire who could qualify for $1mil+ mortgage for a home. I had good renters insurance, that paid more than enough to replace what could be replaced.
I've been busy the last few days getting new furniture and having it moved into the new place
I know this is gay and all but,
Real talk brothamen. Make sure you have smoke detectors in each of the bedrooms, and hallways outside of them in your homes. Put one in your garage if there isn't one there. My girlfriend had a notification on her phone indicating that her electric car charging had been interrupted nearly 20 minutes before the one smoke detector in the house went off. I'm thankful my kids weren't home, and that I was awake at the time to hear the alarm and get my girlfriend out of the house. Otherwise, we both may have suffocated and died. If there had been adequate smoke detectors, I may have been able to put out the fire early on. Instead, it started burning in the garage for 15-20 minutes. By the time the alarm went off, it was already too late. I would hate to see any of you go through this. Given my career background, I should have known that 1 smoke detector wasn't enough, and even though I Rented the home, and it wasn't legally my responsibility, it is my job and my job alone to make sure the house my children live in is safe. The loss of our possessions, our home, and tragically our dogs is on me. I can cry about it, or I can learn from it. Never again.
Anyway, im going to an estate sale in West Hollywood to see if I can find any other copies of the vintage gay porn vhs and beta-max tapes I lost in the fire.
It's ok to call them niggers here.If you can laugh at the darker, sadder aspects of life, then you can rise above them.
I'm sorry about your gay porn. I'm sure a lot of that was irreplaceable, even with the internet. A lot of those dudes died of AIDS by now, so those tapes were their legacy.
Outlets in the garage. that were all on the same breaker started on fire. According to the investigation done by my insurer, it looks like the one the washing machine was plugged into is where it originated. The house was built in 1940, and the last time permits were pulled for any electrical work was in 1966. The final investigation report from the county hasn't been made available yet, I will most likely sue the landlords for my damages. I was paying a lot of damn money to be living in their maintenance-neglected tinder box death trap of a home. I didn't mind that it was an old house because it was right on the beach in Ventura, and it was well-kept cosmetically. I didn't own the place so I never really worried about the electrical. Turns out most of the home was aluminum wiring, which apparently is a pretty big fire hazard. I didn't know shit about aluminum wiring until after my house caught fire.@Martin - Did anyone figure out what caused such in the first place? First thing I will be doing tomorrow is test and/or replace my smoke detectors.
I had a few not so close calls over the last few years. Throwing away still burning cigarettes or other stupid mistakes. The worst it got was smelling something and finding a trash can emitting a small amount of smoke, who knows what could have happened in 5 - 10 more minutes .
I know I was the one who originally pulled the inspection history on his house from the Milwaukee Department of Building and Safety, and found that complaint from his tenants back in 2020.Pat knows a lot about fixing outlets in old homes. Invite him over next time. He can probably bring his dad's gay cowboy porn stash too.
Less gooning and patposting. More keeping your family alive. Okay, Martin?I know I was the one who originally pulled the inspection history on his house from the Milwaukee Department of Building and Safety, and found that complaint from his tenants back in 2020.
I know a place where you can pick up a bunch of junk just outside of PortageI just finished reading all of the responses. Thank you for all of your kind and unkind words.
