My HOA reports me for total retard stuff, there’s a dying bird on my street - I want to go kill it and put it out of its misery

Yeah but I can’t really be bothered to drive around pretending I’m going anywhere, I’d just drive in a circle and obviously be doing it to kill the poor fella, I’d have to make sure I crush it completely and don’t just snap it’s back and make it worse or something,

I was just going to pick a big stone up from my yard and crush its head.
Kinda sounds like you wanted to kill it with your bare hands, brothaman, not that there’s anything wrong with feeling like God a little bit.

I ran over a perfectly healthy pigeon a couple of months ago. Then I took a few minutes out of my day to do a roundabout, drive around the back of the mall, and then smush it again. It's like killing mini dinosaurs- a step above toasting ants. Nothing. Have at it.

Depending on the bird it could be illegal and you can get in alot of trouble. We had a injured Canadian goose get into a tank at work. We had no way to get it out so we called animal control. When he arrived he had to call his supervisor so they could assess if could survive with medical attention or not. Once it was decided that it was too injured the supervisor had to call an on duty judge and inform him of the situation and answer any questions he has. He then issued a court order allowing them to shot it. When I asked why they had to go thru all that just for a fucking goose it was explained to us that any bird considered migratory could only be put down by court order.

I live in an HOA because I live in a condo. So long as my front door is the same color as everyone else's, I'm fine. They're not as invasive as neighborhood HOAs with single family houses. The fees I pay with mine cover water/sewage, pool maintenance, landscaping, insurance on the building, and crappy wifi that I've never used.

It's really not a bad deal.
