I don't know who this dude is, but this is a ballsy take and it would be interesting to hear Rogan downplay the argument. My guess is Rogan would move the goalposts and say that Martin is disagreeing with the legality of these substances -- if the substances were legal, terrorists wouldn't be manufacturing them.
