There's a guy I've known all my life, so a non-blood family member, that asks to borrow small cash amounts from me every month or so. He always repays me and i obviously don't do any demented kike shit like charge interest. But it annoys me. What's even more annoying is knowing that I'll always lend the guy money

I just give them some fraction of what they ask for and tell them not to worry. It's not worth straining a relationship over in the event they can't repay or whatever. I had a similar situation and it turned out he was in a bit of trouble, but the bits of money he was using was to pay off the interest on some bullshit debts he had. the debt for something fucking stupid at the time like $400, so after talking to him, just cleared that off.
At least the the money i lent him wasn't just going to shekel jews.

He asks for $30 here, $50 there and always repays. I think what's going on is that he fucking sucks at managing money. He's definitely not a crackhead, but i lived with him several times and he's definitely a "nigger rich on payday" guy
