Trump is just not an intellectual man. Thats not saying he’s not smart, because smart can mean a lot of things. He made a lot of money. He understands campaigning and what makes people tick. You can’t be dumb and do that. But on a basic educational level he’s dumb.

He doesn’t know anything about US history, which is evident when he tries to talk about it because its surface level shit. “William Mckinley was President, he loved tariffs, he got shot, Teddy Roosevelt was his VP”. He said the other day “I don’t get why Lincoln didn’t try to stop the Civil War” when he absolutely did. And its not him in his old age. You can watch interviews of him from the 80’s-90’s where he proudly proclaims Japan will outpace us economically / in manufacturing output. Japans economy and output has stagnated since the 90’s.

But it’s not even an issue to me. It’s like when people say Kamala is dumb. You don’t think we haven’t had dumb Presidents before? We’ve had Presidents who never went to college and their occupations before politics were being a tailor or a bodega owner. We turned out fine.
