Just got into an argument with my neighbor for parking in my spot.

One sold her place because the night life here isn't fun (because that's important when you're in your 40s and have a daughter who's in college) and moved back to St. Louis where I'm sure she'll have fun clubbing I guess.

The other cunt is probably on her way out soon. Her daughter is due to graduate and with that the child support payments stop and she won't be able to afford her rent. She's one of the few people here who isn't an owner and is getting a killer deal on her place at $1,000 a month where the whole area averages over $2,000 to rent. She wasn't supposed to be here as long as she has been, the owner of the unit was only looking to help her out which was why he did such low rent, but soon she won't even be able to afford that, which is crazy.

The new guy who bought the other ones unit seems to be using the place as monthly vacation spot because he comes and goes. So far he seems decent.

It's funny how many people live here seasonally and rent their place out when they're not here. I'm one of the few full time residents so I've set my ways. I don't like to be bothered for stupid shit and I don't like people parking in my spot.
Is it actually your spot or where you park every day? Not that it makes a huge difference.

We had shit trash neighbors that would literally park in front of our driveway, blocking us from leaving whenever they would party. So got a stem cap remover from Walmart for $2, in the bike aisle. They remove the Schrader valve core from the tire. This is both cheaper/less damaging than slashing their tires, as all they need to is replace the stem valve, and more of a time wasting pain in the ass, as they have to find out why the tire is deflated and then buy and install stem valves. Make sure you slowly remove the valve and wear hearing protection, if you go too fast the air escaping is very loud.

They don't park in front anymore.
Oh yes I've I've those. Key is to take the pointy looking side and rest it in the stem and leave it there so air can escape for a bit then go in and take the valve out.

I've done it to a motorcycle tire with full pressure and the schrader valve shot out like a bullet.

Not too much you could have done

If you fuck with his car right now, he will know for sure it was you. Don't hit him either, unless he gets in your personal space.

Just wait in the shadows and look for an opening. It's fucked up to mess with someones car, maybe call his work and let them know? Do him like we did Brother Joe back in the day....

I'm just gonna call one of my towing buddies the moment I see him do it again.

That's what I told him I would do last night next time he does it and he called me a tough guy, which made no sense, so he better not try to be slick and do it again because I will be petty and have him towed.

Are wreckers required to tow a vehicle to a secure location such as a tow yard? Probably, but if they aren't that would be a very fun fact.
