Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).

- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.

- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.

Management at every station they ever went to tried to talk sense into Opie. Even the ones who knew that Anthony made Opie’s show better would caution him about not giving him the 50/50 treatment.
But Opie did what was fair. He changed the name of his show, got the kid paid, brought him along on every adventure. The fact that Auntie even pretends to hate Opie is just unfathomable.
If Opie never discovered Auntie, he would likely be a regional jock at WBAB or some other NY station for life. Conversely, without Opie… we have no idea where Auntie would be BUT we can say for a fact that he wouldn’t even have a basement studio. Zero podcast. No comedy gigs. No involvement in entertainment whatsoever aside from piggybacking on his brothers music gigs.

I was listening to the first time nana was on opie’s show it’s actually pretty decent, they had the chemisssttttrrryy from the beginning, but opie was the driving force of laying out the format of the what he wanted his show to be he was already trashing celebrities and taking callers. Nana was a totally different person almost he comes across happy and optimistic. I believe nana is actually deeply depressed, and self medicates with cases of bud light.
I don’t think he ever becomes an entertainer of any kind even before opie joe was the hustler and motivational force behind the lazy bitch.
