Wayne’s story bums me out like few stories. He is harmless and has been in the wringer for years.

He’s schizophrenic, I think, but on the milder side. If I recall correctly he invented a gravity machine and yes he’s been running for President for a long time. There’s a chance (if it’s not Pat self-swatting) the same people who target Wayne were swatting Pat. Hopefully fat torswats has given up the names already.
