No, he did post the list of the janitor/mod/admin emails since they had accounts for the mod tools. He is saying that users who paid for 4chan pass are safe because they hashed their emails, meaning they only saved a cryptographic output from their email which can be used to verify that email is that user but can't be used to derive the email itself. So only the jannies got pwnt
