I can say that I've made many mistakes during the course of my short-lived military career - not writing this letter and including it in my chapter packet would be one of them.

This is meant as a simple plea on my behalf to possibly obtain a better discharge ("general under honorable conditions" as opposed to simply a "general"). I'm very young - only 19 years old - and there are many things I would like to accomplish in my lifetime, including but not limited to, pursuing a much higher level of education and/or being successful in a career, quite possibly in the research kind.

I feel that a simple "general" discharge will NOT help me in any way but only hinder me on my path to progress.

Perhaps I am not cut out for the military; many situations have come to pass to illustrate that concept for me time and time again - But please take into consideration the fact that I DID go to Iraq and served my country in a hostile environment; I request that my pending separation from the US Army reflect that.

Respectfully yours,
Pvt. Jacqueline Singh

Additional Note:
Pvt Singh,
Had you not served in Iraq, a "general under other than honorable conditions" would be warranted. Actions have consequences.

I didn’t understand this part. Why would Jackie serving in Iraq be a bad thing? Are we sure that says Iraq and not Drag?
Oh sweet summer Sue. He's saying that Jackie serving in Iraq is the only reason she's getting a neutral discharge instead of a dishonorable one.
Correct. This is "We would've stomped on you harder, if you hadn't gone to Iraq. Stop pressing your luck, gorilla hands."

Yeah i misunderstood, I thought they were saying “The only reason you don’t have a BETTER dismissal is because you went to Iraq” which made no sense

I like the cut of this Colonel Jones fellas jib. "Actions have consequences" = "Get fucked you fat, ugly, brown, whore."

Can we get Solana to issue NFTs of this?
That’s exactly how you should speak to people like her. “No, and you’re lucky you’re getting that. Now fuck off.” Never did learn her lesson about actions having consequences.

Do we still even know why she was kicked out
Well for one thing I’m 100% certain she was a barracks bunny. Knowing Jackie, she was also probably absurdly lazy and still fucked up what little she had to do.
