She sounds evasive, untrustworthy and like she doesn’t take it seriously.

She owes creditors including the taxman almost 300,000 dollars and she didn’t prepare any research or evidence for this call, is it really that easy to get out of debt?

Doesn’t seem to know what she owes, or why it was incurred, doesn’t explain how she got access to the credit, or how she has any income, doesn’t know anything about her business - reported no income other than VA benefits to them then admits off handedly she makes a few grand from her blog but she can’t explain in depth anything to do with it. Doesn’t know when she started getting VA benefits or when she last worked, doesn’t seem to care - doesn’t know anything about her fiancés finances despite claiming to share a single account with him in her name.

Doesn’t know when she last used a credit card and dismisses the last one as “a small amount” of $1500 like it’s nothing when it’s a lot more than she makes in a month supposedly and doesn’t know what happened to it. Doesn’t know how she spent such vast sums of credit over the years or who it’s owed to, or how or and when she paid any back - any spending she does confess to is because of other peoples faults or just because she’s a mom.

I can’t imagine owing that much money, and I can’t imagine declaring bankruptcy over it and knowing nothing, and treating the bankruptcy clerks and attorneys so dismissively and nonchalantly.

Is it just a coping mechanism so she doesn’t need to face the consequences or the scope of this thing?

All that and knowing in the back of her mind that there are other people listening and dissecting her answers that may fact check her.

I think some people just don’t consider their decisions at all, I’ve dated plenty of girls who just spend spend spend with no thought about it at all beyond “I want that thing now” and many just get away with it because of fathers or simps.

I did it when it was I was young twice, I cleared the debts of my girlfriends because I believed them when they said they’d pay me back, but they immediately just started spending again and never gave me a cent.

I learned eventually.

I think her angle is that she was intending to clear her debts but now they’ve been discovered by cyber criminals it’s forced her into a state of such distress she’s now unable to work towards clearing it, she’s got no choice but to reluctantly file for bankruptcy because her personal situation has been made so unsafe by unforeseen bad actors online.

She never ran the debt up maliciously, it’s just Dan Mullen and the Nazi’s have tipped it over the edge and she needs to start again for her families very safety.

I’m almost certain she’s reading this comment and it will now 100% be her story if it wasn’t already, she certainly didn’t articulate it coherently at all either way.

Why are you filing bankruptcy?

Because Dan Mullen and others on the OnA Forums posted about how I owe a quarter million dollars in credit card debt and said I was going to lose my kids for being a deadbeat. So I have to file bankruptcy because they're mean.

She was trying to say that the lies said about her online have prevented her from making money due to reputational damage. (Jackie, don’t use that. I’ll sue you.) The problem is that by her own words the “attacks” started in 2023, by which time 95% of the debt she’s trying to discharge or restructure already existed. The trustee didn’t even pause to get more information because absolutely nothing she said made any sense.

Funny to consider what her excuse would have been if Jackie didn’t have evil Dan Mullen. Probably would have leaned more into defaming her ex.

PS I’m stunned she had the balls to mention Gibney again. I hope they keep her twisting on this for 10 more hearings.
