I don’t know anything about it but I can safely guarantee they do all the usual (((bank))) antics.

Yeah that’s the only experience I have with them, since you can only work with them if you or your family are military service members they’re seen as an “exclusive” CU that tells people they get better rates than other places. The dealership I worked at was high volume (we had one guy who sold between 350-360 cars a year, no joke) so since we brought banks so much business we were able to get better rates than NFCU which is one of their major selling points.

Try calling your bank at 2am on Saturday and see what kind of customer service you get. If I want to, I can talk to a real person, in America, who speaks English and is happy to help with whatever I need.
