HAHAHAHAHA
This may be a rhetorical question but what does any of this have to do with the money she owes?

It doesn't. She is trying to pivot this extremely embarrassing experience into a situation where she can paint herself as the victim. This now explains her false flag on Kiwifarms from 10 days ago. This may be a rhetorical question but what does any of this have to do with the money she owes?
Would you mind posting her attachments?I made a thread but for posterity, here’s Jackie’s schizophrenic and whiny filing. View attachment 229173View attachment 229174View attachment 229175

Yep, I didn’t see anything beyond the pages I posted.
Yes, last minute filings and stall tactics usually piss off judges. However, they usually give more leeway to pro se filings.Did she file this two days before her hearing? I'm no expert but I don't think judges take kindly to big filings like this two days before a scheduled date
There's another doc w/2 Dan tweets on her Courtlistener page.
That had a lawyer's signature. With a telephone number, Gmail address and mailing addressYes, last minute filings and stall tactics usually piss off judges. However, they usually give more leeway to pro se filings.
I haven't read it, so thanks. Yeah, the judge will probably be annoyed. Hopefully he admonishes them on the record. That had a lawyer's signature. With a telephone number, Gmail address and mailing address
It's part of the general philosophy of US courts to keep everything as open and honest as possible as long as it doesn't involve children or otherwise sensitive matters. Bankruptcy is a legitimate concern for a lot of job positions (especially concerning tech since trade secrets can be sold by bums to the chinese or whoever). I guarantee this bitch has never legitimately had much higher than an internship. Her lack of current employment definitely says if she ever held a legit position it was gaine d via fraud. On one hand, it's kinda weird that something like this is public. On the other (large, and some would say "mannish") hand, it's Jackie, so IDGAF.
Absolutely needs to be public. It's exactly why credit reports exist. She ran up a quarter million in debt and now wants to hide those facts from scrutiny while they're in front of a judge who will here (edit:hear) them. No jury will be contaminated, meanwhile she accuses people who never ened up before the legal system of being criminals and never issues retractions. She's the biggest hypocrite alive. She did the "crime" but doesn't want to do the time. She's pretending her own misdeeds are somehow not the issue at hand. Here's a novel idea, if you're going to play moral arbiter for our society on twitter, try and not be the world's biggest bag of shit. How many debt hearings have I ever attended? Hmm, zero, I don't even miss payments. This bitch set out to defraud these banks, she should be in prison. It's part of the general philosophy of US courts to keep everything as open and honest as possible as long as it doesn't involve children or otherwise sensitive matters.
