Finally somewhere to ask for rental home advice. I've already got my first question lined up.

Booms I'm being told two junkies in one of the slum homes have smoked so much indoors that the ash shit that gets on the top of ceiling fans has solidified into who knows what.

Is there a cleaning solution that will deal with this or should we just replace the whole fan?

I totally get why admin may not want the extra liability of Dan talking to Torswats. In fact giving his not sharing bits on forum first, he should have exercised that same idea as caution for this. In the end it wasn't criminal and likely nothing will happen.

You here what you think, not what's said that's a major problem when things become hot, for people like you. Weighing the risk, banning him seems wise at the time, creates a certitude that talking to real criminals here is a no-no. After 2 weeks, reinstating ham tells Pat and Jackie that a penalty is never forever, tells LE that we have an apparatus for things venturing on illegal, and gets them called out on their "we did this".

I never cleaned a house that animals like that lived in. My old slum buildings I had in my 20's always needed painting even after some of the locals only lived there a few months. They somehow make grime show up but nothing like that? You need to ask those Hoarders experts..... Thanks for the call. When we get from break, I have the old Jew whose house we used to egg, on.
