I've never seen Ghostbusters and this trailer just popped up on my recommendations.

Because faggots today are addicted to nostalgia. Even nostalgia that they weren't even around for.

I wasn't even alive when the first Ghostbusters came out!

Hollywood has gotten so lazy that it blows me away anytime anyone says they seen something new.

I anticipate a remake of The Goonies. It'll be recasted with forced diversity and you'll have several scenes with one of them using their smartphone to do something.

I fucking HATE HOLLYWOOD.
Even nostalgia that they weren't even around for.

That really fucking grinds my gears- younger millenials/gen-z basically have no culture of their own (except being sensitive pussies obsessed with documenting the minutiae of their boring lives.

Remember when a bunch of men in their late 30's and early 40's cried watching the one before this because of "the nostalgia" despite having nothing except the most surface level references to the actual source material.
They're all Erocks who mostly remember the pathetic cashgrab kiddie cartoon. The actual movie isn't children's nostalgia stuff at all, it was a fairly raunchy adult spoof comedy. Hence why all the subsequent sequels are inherently fucking shit, they're venerating the source material like it was some whimsical Disney flick when any glance at the tone of the original would reveal just how absurd that really is.

People forget Dan Akyord’s character got blown by a ghost in the original and Bill Murray character was just trying to get laid.

I will say this - I like that Harold Ramis said no to letting them use his likeness for the cartoon - he knew it was just a cheap cash grab.

Only in the 80s would they make a kids cartoon out of R rated movies like Robocop, Toxic Avenger, and Rambo.
