I was just thinking the other day while passing a road crew that was actually working, how the one female on a road crew is never doing anything other than holding the slow / stop sign, while probably getting paid the same as the rest of the crew. Equal pay for unequal work. Even if she's not getting paid the same, the easiest tasks always go to the womyn.

Not the ones that go “Uggggh they made me pour 6 waters and nobody even drannnnk them” because theres a ton of those, but some of them completely ran circles around me, could do 3 tasks at once all with deafening music blasting and people screaming. Then theyd drink more than me afterwards and do it all again the next day. Shit was insane.

That job was the first time I realized I probably have some kind of spectrum sensory problems
