I mentioned this story before. When I was a restaurant manager we had this gypsy who'd come to the bar and eat all the time. He was a decent enough guy and didn't dress like a pirate. I was always cordial with him but kept it very professional. One day he asked me to sit with him and we got to talking about Europe and whatnot, I ended up asking him why gypsies steal. Read about Timothy Leary and his experiences with black groups. It was the exact opposite of what you described. In Saudi Arabia you can leave a bag of money on a park bench and come back in a week and find it exactly where you left it.
