It's an authoritarian country, some little snitch like Jackie would be far happier there. You might get away with being english-language only for longer, and they don't care as much if your audience is not in Russia, but Roskomnadzor will one day crack down. Hitlerposting will get your domain taken and can get you arrested, doxing is illegal, the government is watching you.
