World's Greatest Dad is easily the best thing he's done. He tells a funny story about returning to stand-up after decades out of it, afraid people would just want to hear him do the voice. His daughter reassures him that's not the case and he goes on stage only for his daughter to heckle him, shouting "Do the voice!".
He also wanted to do a musical based on The Kink's concept album Schoolboys in Disgrace but that clearly never happened. It's a shame, I love that album and I first heard him talk about it over a decade ago.
I haven't seen God Bless America since it came out but I really enjoyed it at the time. His movie about a woman that blows a dog is also great.

God Bless America was fucking horrible. There was one real laugh when they shoot the retard at the end and that was it.

Bobcat is a piece of shit in real life (as anyone who’s heard the old Stern coverage knows) but I do enjoy when he shows up in movies like Scrooged and Police Academy and does his schtick for 5 minutes.

World’s Greatest Dad is a very good movie which Robin Williams absolutely carries on his back (Bobcat would’ve fucked it up with any other actor).

Haven’t seen Shakes the Clown.
