e.g. of these four: two have mixed Irish blood, one Welsh, and one Scottish. I doubt you could tell me which is which without looking it up. They all look entirely Anglo, and play for England.
Most Brits would be hard pressed to tell the difference from which country/region of our island another us comes, without hearing them speak or watching them go about their day for a while--language, behaviour and diet are bigger tells.
