I’m not disagreeing but the solution to me is never relying on the government, it’s doing what you can to the best of your ability, however unfair it is.

I don't think we should rely on the government, but I also think we should hold it an expectation that it will protect the greater interest of it's citizens. It's a fine line between socialism and anti-trust legislation, but it exists. There's no reason that the cost of housing should be what it is. Addressing that single issue would do a lot to relieve the economic strain on your average American.

This just happened to me in the trades down in FLA. I worked as a construction PM and was fed up with my company, so I went to find a job with another one only to discover that I was one of 400 people applying to everything. That's why I moved up north. Every place I applied to in NE called me back. I was one of like 10 applicants at the most up here.
