There was this guy who was in his 50s, he was biracial, but spoke proper, like Obama and from Windsor originally. Well he had a job and references, so we accepted his tenancy, but about 6 months into it we started getting complaints from the neighbors that the guy gets out 3 am every night and starts recording the sky with his phone.

We then heard about him doing it during the day and recording the neighbors kids as they played in their yard...then the pandemic hit and he just lost it because of the lockdowns and turned full "targeted individual" and claimed we were government agents monitoring him in his apartment. The landlord tenant board had no tribunals all of 2021 or so, so he stuck around paying no rent and also just being obnoxious to everyone in the cul desac.

When the eviction hearing came, this twilight zone Obamaster had 30 gb of video "evidence" he wanted to present...including of me and my lexus coming in and out of the premises looking shady, but he got laughed out of court and put on a payment plan (that he ofcourse didn't follow thru).
