That happened to me a few years ago one morning after drinking an entire bottle of cheap vodka the night before. It scared the fuck outta me cus I was literally and only shitting bright red blood. It looked like I mopped up blood with the toilet paper, no shit on it at all. It lasted for about 3 or 4 trips to the shitter, then it went away completely. I’ve had checkups and bloodwork done since then, so I guess it was nothing, but I stopped drinking like that after that.
