She obv wasn't there. He was in town for work, as was I. We email on proton occasionally and had planned to watch a C's game before this all went down. We met at 6 and I left at 8:30. I think he pregamed before I got there.

The weirdest thing was how un-suspicious he was of me. I obv introduced myself as Paul because I don't want him to know my name. But he seemed like... I dunno... I feel like, in his mind, if he can forge a genuine friendship with one of us, it will somehow negate all the mean shit everyone else has been posting about him. I felt kinda weird afterward, because I wasn't going into this looking to make a new bro-friend. I was just curious/concerned about how he's doing.
