It would just be a bench warrant. So they don't just immediately drive to his house and arrest him. However, the next time he gets pulled over or he needs to be identified for whatever reason, the warrant will pop up and he will be placed under arrest. See:

Yeah I think many brothermen neglect to remember this aspect, that until Quasi can, say, force the house sale, he'll continue to suffer though all this shit and have to spend even more (money he wont be getting back at least for some time). The answer is a resounding no he shows contempt for the court.

I don’t think you could get a more clear cut example of contempt of court over unpaid judgment debt.

I mean, literally I don’t think anyone has ever posted every day for 3 years how they don’t care about the judgment and will ignore it.

yeah because the government actually gives a shit when you owe them money. They don't need to send friendly subpoenas and go through a bunch of bureaucratic hoops. They just take your shit and throw you in jail.

If you owe the government $50 for a parking ticket and don't pay, depending on the state they will suspend your license and if they find your car, tow and hold it for ransom. But if a civil court rules someone owes you $50k and they don't pay, most of the time they won't do dick.

When I become governor of Wisconsin I'm going to shake things up. I'll let citizens who have won monetary judgements in civil court cut the government in on enforcing it for a taste; I'm thinking 20%. Don't pay and we'll send the cops over to hold you by your ankles and shake you until change falls out of your pockets. #CoomByYaWIGov2026

I went to school with this kid Frank and when you busted his balls or said a mom joke he'd say "No not really faggot." It was almost spoken as one whole word. We learned we could just keep going "Your mom sucked my dick. Your mom sucked my dick. Your mom..." and he'd just keep saying it. In retrospect he obviously had some type of OCD.
