Not to be a dick but college-level reading comprehension isn’t difficult to attain for a kid. You don’t hear people bragging about it in their 30s and 40s because they’ve actually gone on to do much more impressive things — things that speak for themselves in terms of establishing their intelligence.

What’s his excuse for doing literally nothing with all those supposed IQ points?

The funniest thing about him is the Microsoft grandstanding, like he was in the FBI and this expired HSA benefits card proves it. I wouldn't even be particularly impressed if he was an actual MS software engineer, and he was what? An Xbox live mod?
