You shouldn't really be getting sick if you are practicing SR. My guess is that you are overworked and overstressed and it is taking a toll on your immune system. Sleepmaxxing is real

I slept for over 14 hours and still feel like shit. I coughed this huge black / brown thing out of my lungs and it legit stained the sink. Had to use bleach to wipe it off.
