Like 10 years ago. There's a commercial where she's talking about the Dave Thomas Foundation for Unloved Children and Dave's vision for Wendy's and at the end she's like "I should know. I'm Wendy." and it's supposed to be some mindblow reveal that Wendy is a real person. And she's not a cute little kid with pigtails, she's a hefty adult ginger.
