season 13 is like the last real non-wretch inducing season- correct?

it's like- I know when I stopped listening to stern, and was just like "yeah- I don't care anymore"....it's was around early 2011 ( I stuck it out way longer than the rest of the "when Artie left, it went to shit" crowd).......

"The Simpsons" ended (in your mind) around what year?

It ended after the Season Premiere of Season 9, Oakley and Weinstein's last real episode (if any of you say their real last episode was the holdover "Principal and The Pauper", you can throw your bum out the window, that episode sucks and their mothers deserved to be punched over it) which was "Homer vs. the State of New York". After that, Mike Scully took over and the characterizations completely went to hell.

I've seen a few here and there in the 25 years since, but the charm is mostly gone. I still like the Treehouse of Horror ones. They're at minimum clever to sometimes a little humorous.
