How to not judge everything and everyone?

Going out and experiencing things outside my own family and original neighborhood friend group was what made me stop being such a judgemental dickhead.
It went the opposite for me. Once I got out of my bubble into the wider world I became way less tolerant and far more racist.

Anyway, basically when I go to the grocery store I’d like to just think pleasant thoughts instead of “Faggot!” “Freak!” “Fatso!” “Niiiiiiigggggerrrrrrrrr!” everytime I see another human that’s not an attractive woman.

I still hate niggers and the like. Im just talking about how I eventually worked with and got to know people that I wound up having an affinity towards, even though they were the type of people that we wouldve made fun of in high school. And then I realized we were the real losers all along

Just remember that everyone you see or meet is just an empty, vacuous husk and can be discounted entirely unless they have achieved a basic level of enlightenment. Being upset that they are either constantly miserable or have that dumb look on their face like they cant grasp what's going on around them is only doing you a disservice.

“You always own the option of having no opinion. There is never any need to get worked up or to trouble your soul about things you can't control. These things are not asking to be judged by you. Leave them alone.”
