You need anything between 150 mins of moderate cardio a week or 75 high intensity. Look into High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT workouts on Youtube. It's basically going at a easy pace to nearly maxing out which confuses your heart which helps you burn much quicker for shorter durations instead of doing a treadmill for an hour of steady state cardio. There's value in that, but time is money and this Equity isn't going to suck itself.
Split bodyparts across the week. Don't do opposing muscle group days like Chest and Tris or Shoulders and legs. That's for fagsters like @johnnynoname. Bis/Tris is fine tho.

Sun: Chest/Cardio HIIT 40mins and then Abs before dinner
Mon: Biceps/Triceps/Cardio HIIT 40mins
Tues: Legs/Cardio HIIT 40mins
Wed: Shoulders/Cardio HIIT 40mins
Thu: Back/Cardio HIIT 40 mins
Fri: Abs maybe and then Cardio HIIT 40mins
Sat: Off
Cardio is better after a lifting workout since your body already used all the stored glycogen (glucose) and you're more likely using fat as fuel at that point.
