I had a feeling you’re on the larger side because of your rage. I have good size and muscle need to lose weight in my stomach for suree. But I want to be noticeably scary.
Rage is good for you. The warrior spirit keeps you in warrior shape. I'm not like shredded anymore but I was. I'm still big though. I don't watch what I eat or anything. I grew up on a farm, have always had really physical jobs and played sports so I never had much of a chance to get soft. I'm also constantly pacing. It annoys the shit out of people. I also have a little universal gym thing but I've pretty much been saying fuck that since my back got worse.

Dumb cunts like my mawmee would tell me to stop because I was making them nervous.
It would always make me furious when people would tell me it makes them nervous. Well it makes me nervous to stand still sometimes.

Start with a basic 5x5 workout with workouts like squats, bench press, barbell rows, overhead press, deadlift. Pick 3 and do 5 sets at 5 reps each. Do this 3-4 times a week and don’t do the same muscle groups on back to back days.

Can also do just bodyweight stuff to start like pushups, situps, squats, shoulder tap planks, turkish getups, burpees, mountain climbers, lunges, etc.

Gradually up the weight on the 5x5 or the reps on the bodyweight stuff once you can go over 5 reps per set comfortably.

Eat well. Get enough protein for your height/weight and avoid sugars/bad carbs. It’s hack but diet makes the biggest diff. If you are doughy you won’t lose it without diet changes and if you are skinny your gains will be minimal without it.

Do four weeks of a weight you can work with with good, controlled form that's heavy enough that it works you. And after four weeks, up it 10% and do it all over again.

Your diet is a grey area since it depends on your height, weight, age, and level of physical activity. You can use this for a rough estimate. It's not a one size fits all, tho.


You need anything between 150 mins of moderate cardio a week or 75 high intensity. Look into High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT workouts on Youtube. It's basically going at a easy pace to nearly maxing out which confuses your heart which helps you burn much quicker for shorter durations instead of doing a treadmill for an hour of steady state cardio. There's value in that, but time is money and this Equity isn't going to suck itself.

Split bodyparts across the week. Don't do opposing muscle group days like Chest and Tris or Shoulders and legs. That's for fagsters like @johnnynoname. Bis/Tris is fine tho.

My split is:

Sun: Chest/Cardio HIIT 40mins and then Abs before dinner
Mon: Biceps/Triceps/Cardio HIIT 40mins
Tues: Legs/Cardio HIIT 40mins
Wed: Shoulders/Cardio HIIT 40mins
Thu: Back/Cardio HIIT 40 mins
Fri: Abs maybe and then Cardio HIIT 40mins
Sat: Off

Cardio is better after a lifting workout since your body already used all the stored glycogen (glucose) and you're more likely using fat as fuel at that point.

Enjoy prison workouts.
