If god couldn't create free will without evil than he's not all powerful. If he could but didn't then he's a cunt.

Damn that’s powerful reasoning, how could anyone argue with that?*

Argue it then.

If you love something you give it autonomy, if you loved a woman and knew you could make her life better, but she wasn’t interested and wanted to party and sleep around with niggers - what would you do if you loved her? Force her into being with you? Lobotomise her so she can only desire you?

Just read the book of Job, the tl:dr is that we don’t understand anything about the totality of God’s creation and what appears cruel, evil, capricious and pointless to us has a larger context you can never understand in this life.

This planet is as close to Heaven that the unrighteous will ever get, and it’s as close to Hell as the saved will get. In the afterlife, the wheat is separated from the chaff, how can that happen if we are mindless androids programmed to do only good? You always have a decision to do wrong or right.

Why couldn't god have created perfect autonomy without evil? He's literally all powerful, meaning he can do anything.

Have you considered that he has and you can’t notice it using human science and philosophy? That it can’t be measured with your reasoning and limited senses?

It doesn't bother you his actions directly contradict his teachings?

I don’t believe they do, I’ve read the Bible and I assure you I don’t find any of it contradictory, I did when I was an atheist and only knew little bits from it from reading arguments against God, I read all of those atheist guys books in the 2000s.

When you actually read it all, for yourself, it changes you. Even if you approach it from a skeptical agnostic perspective, the wisdom contained is almost impossible to comprehend, I’m playing advocate here because I believe it’s divine, but if you didn’t - it’s still thousands of years of human wisdom and experience distilled into single verses. Single paragraphs are like magic, they contain so much information in so few words. It’s quite something.

I know you are going to tell me you have read it ackyually and think it’s silly sky man to control people, but we both know you haven’t.

I haven't read it tbphwy. But if god was a person he'd be worse than Hitler, but according to him it's ok because his motives are so 5d chess we couldn't possibly understand. Couldn't he explain his motives in a way we could understand? Of course he could, but he won't for reasons I can't understand
