As much as I used to monitor metrics for weight training, I never gave a fuck about the cardio. I know I'd usually end up running for about 30-45 minutes almost every day on the treadmill, but how fast and how many miles? Who fucking cares? In fact, I stopped caring about the lifting shit, too. After a while, it was just a daily habit/routine and I couldn't care less about moving the pin on the machine.
