I used to work for a charity that offered classes and activities to people who were suffering with actual PTSD and one thing they sure as shit didn't do was go around telling the world and his dog about their fucking trauma at every opportunity because of how legitimately triggering it was to even think about. The fat maggies of the world truly disgust me with how much they've watered down something seriously debilitating by claiming that any minor inconvenience is traumatic enough to completely gimp their amygdalas.
