That’s more or less what the Pod Boss does in VA County jails. Hes there to keep the peace to an extent and keep the COs out of the pod. If theres any problems, hes there to regulate your dispute so noone gets killed and gets the whole block strip searched and put on lockdown. Ive never done prison or fed time. But the counties ive spent time in…if your PB is an asshole, your life is a living hell. He’s basically like your principal. If hes cool, then youre simply treated like a white second class citizen like any old jail. Nigs run the county pen. Period. You can be a tough aryan warrior all you want, but youre gonna get your shit stomped in everyday. Its not worth it especially when you only have 60/90/100 days. Either you fall in line, or you get your head smashed in with a microwave or get boiling peanut butter+cum/shit/piss thrown on you. Up to you how you like to spend your spare time.
